1. Agreement and Service Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Drake Burning Bridges AI ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at drakeburningbridgesai.app (the "Service").

The Service is a specialized digital recreation tool that transforms a single uploaded photograph into an approximately 18-second, 16:9 widescreen MP4 video situated within a fixed party scene. The Service operates with predefined visual staging and does not offer custom text prompt entry or user-directed script modification.

By visiting our site, registering an account, purchasing credit packages, or uploading content to generate videos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Management

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to create an account, purchase credits, or use the Service. Use of the Service by minors is strictly forbidden.

2.2 Account Security

To initiate video generations, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities, credit expenditures, and submissions that occur under your account.

2.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings panel. Deleting your account will immediately queue all associated user data, uploaded source photos, and generated videos for irreversible removal in accordance with our data retention schedule.

3. Uploaded Photographs and Licensing

3.1 Strict Consent and Subject Standards

You may only upload an image if:

  1. It is a photograph of yourself; or
  2. It depicts another adult individual who has provided explicit, informed, and verifiable consent to have their likeness transformed into an AI-generated video.

3.2 Intellectual Property in Uploads

You retain all preexisting intellectual property rights, copyright, and title in the original photograph you upload.

3.3 Limited Processing License

By uploading a photograph to the Service, you grant us, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare), and our third-party AI video providers a temporary, limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, resize, cache, transmit, and process the photograph strictly to generate the requested video and enforce safety compliance filters. We do not use your source photograph to train public foundational AI models.

4. Generated Video Deliverables and External Sharing

4.1 Nature of AI Synthesis

Outputs are synthesized through automated machine learning pipelines (utilizing third-party AI video providers built on Seedance 2.5 architecture) mapped against fixed scene choreography. Output characteristics, including exact facial resemblance, wardrobe articulation, physics, motion smoothness, and lighting consistency, inherently vary. The Service does not warrant that generated outputs will match any specific subjective expectation.

4.2 Permitted Personal Use

Subject to full compliance with these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, and non-commercial license to view, download, store, and share your generated videos on personal social media channels. You may not license, sublicense, sell, or commercially syndicate outputs without separate commercial arrangements.

4.3 Third-Party Music and Likeness Notice

Every synthesized video incorporates commercial soundtrack audio associated with the cultural trend.

5. Credits, Pricing, and Payments

Credits do not expire. Credits have no monetary cash value outside the Service, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and may not be transferred, gifted, or resold to another account.

5.3 Inactive Subscriptions Clause

The Service currently offers only one-time credit packages. Recurring subscriptions and auto-renewals are inactive. If recurring subscriptions or membership plans are offered in the future, separate or updated terms will be published prior to implementation.

5.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Waffo. We do not collect or store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment authentication codes on our servers. All transactions are subject to Waffo’s terms and security protocols.

5.5 Automatic Credit Restoration

If a generation task fails due to third-party AI provider timeouts, internal render crashes, or automated safety filter blocks, the credits reserved for that task are automatically refunded back to your account ledger.

6. Refunds and Order Cancellation

All refund requests are governed by our standalone Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference:

  1. Unused Packs (14-Day Window): You may request a 100% full refund on any purchased credit pack within 14 calendar days of transaction, provided that zero credits from that pack have been used.
  2. Consumed Credits: Once any credits from a pack have been spent to initiate a successful generation, those consumed credits are non-refundable due to immediate, irreversible third-party compute costs.
  3. Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or verified delivery failures will be refunded in full upon prompt notice.
  4. Breach of Terms: Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy forfeit all remaining credits without refund.
  5. Clawbacks: In the event of an approved refund, reversal, or payment dispute, any associated unspent credits will be deducted from your account.

7. Acceptable Use and Moderation

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You explicitly agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account, delete offending media, and report severe offenses (such as Child Sexual Abuse Material) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 "As Is" Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, immune from AI generation artifacts, or compatible with every uploaded photo.

8.2 Third-Party Dependencies

You acknowledge that the Service depends on third-party cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare), payment processors (Waffo), and third-party AI video providers. We are not liable for service interruptions, API delays, or failures arising from external provider downtime.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Drake Burning Bridges AI, its operator, directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or social media reach.

Our aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall be limited to the total amount paid by you to the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8.4 Non-Excludable Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or technical changes.
